VistaPrint and how to do things

Running a business means you get to play office. For many people wanting to work for themselves this is the beginning and the end of the company. I was invited to a networking event when I realized, how can I network without the business card? In this digital age the analog business card is still king. Well I fired up VistaPrint to whip up some cards ASAP.
Now I’ve used VistaPrint before and they’ve been pretty good. They have free cards on them and they say VistaPrint on the back. This time I wanted professional cards and did they deliver. I built the card online with relative ease. Dropped my logo on the front and back, dragged things aroud to make it look all pretty and fired off the order. Now they’re good at selling and they’ll hit you up the entire way to move you up. They did a brilliant thing and offered me 1000 cards instead of 500 after I purchased them for like $10 within the next 10 minutes. Of course I couldn’t click fast enough on them.
Their shipping prices left a bit to be desired. To expedite them for my event would have been $27 or so. I decided I’d skip it and go super slow shipping. They say 21 days which was fine by me. I stopped by the PO Box today and sure enough, they were there. A week later! I paid $5 or so to ship them. That’s was going above and beyond my expectations. Now maybe they just under promised and over delivered but I was happy.

I’ve heard good things about VP. Do you have any pictures of your business cards? Would love to see them.

I don’t have a scan but I’m very happy with them. They also do a great job of making it easy to reorder them by saving the card and you just click reorder. Two thumbs up in my opinion.
