Those idiot customers

According to the Consumerist.com, a passenger on United flight 941 from Chicago to Denver was listening to the in-flight radio communications of the plane. He didn’t hear anything from the cockpit but then he could hear the flight attendants talking. While most of it was fairly dull and boring when drink service was about to start he heard the flight attendants refer to the passengers as “the idiots in coach“. Now some of you are idiots but by and large you’re not idiots.
However, as a business, United has an obligation to treat their customers with some sort of respect. Obviously it was a mistake on the part of the flight attendants to say this, it’s not like it’s in the United training manual. In tough economic times people are flying less, airlines are also giving a lot less. You should appreciate your customers and make them feel as though you truly appreciate their business. Since without customers there are no jobs and no business left.
I’ve been using the internet for some time. I’ve become accustomed to buying online, I hate going to stores if I can avoid it. Good customer service and bad can be found in all forms of customer-company interactions. At Crowd Rent we’re a small company, we don’t make millions, we’re just trying to offer a service we feel is valuable to our customers. To that end, we truly value each and every person who we call a customer. We are absolutely nothing without our customers and we never will be anything. When you have a question, send us an email at support@crowdrent.com and it goes to every person who has the power to correct your problem. We have Blackberry’s and we’ll try to respond as long as we’re awake. Our promise to you is that you’ll always deal with a living breathing human being who will make an honest effort to make you happy as a customer. We can’t make everyone happy but if you’re willing to work with us we’ll do our best.
